Monil Santilal is a Portuguese former driver for Double F, Martini Paddock Racing, MAC Racing, and the owner of the former GPGSL team Double F. He competed in the GPGSL from Season 1 to Season 9.

He won the first ever GPGSL race. He retired near the end of Season 5 to focus on his bakery. However he soon missed the racing, and thus decided to return to the GPGSL as tester for Martini Paddock Racing at the beginning of Season 8.
