Template:Driver infobox 2 Jason Mathew is possibly an Australian race driver who joined Snake Motorsports during Season 9 as replacement for Dominic Brunner.
During the later races of Season 9, a mysterious collaborative research project came to fruition that revealed that Mr Matthew may or may not actually exist.
A large proportion of the remaining GPGSL board budget was spent on a series of rather fine Scooby-Doo costumes in an effort to glamourize the unfolding spectacle to fans.
Fellow ex-convict Mal Stoddart was the first volunteer, choosing to bag the role of 'Velma' in the televised 'Who-is-It?' big reveal.
Unfortunately, the costume boots and mini skirt did not fit, and the role was shortly pulled in favour of the slender John Maverick. Mal resumed his role as 'Velma' three weeks later when larger sized items arrived from Singapore.
