Daniel Thomas is an Australian former driver for ItalianEnglish Dynamics, Southern Cross Racing, Aston Martin Racing, Christel VXR, Team Shadow and Demon Racing. He competed in the GPGSL from Season 3 to Season 11.

He debuted in Season 6 as a test driver for SCR up until the Austrian Grand Prix where he was promoted to a race seat after the departure of Dean Kittleson. In Season 7 he retained his race seat and had a modest season finishing mostly in the mid-field and finished with 33 points. Not long before the end of Season 7 it was announced that Thomas would be moving to the Season 7 championship winning Aston Martin Racing for Season 8 in a test seat. Thomas was loaned to Christel VXR mid-season driving for the team as a race driver. Thomas performed poorly in the Christel and after two activity warnings Thomas was brought back to AMR and was told that he would not return to AMR for Season 9. Thomas joined Team Shadow as a test driver for Season 9, driving alongside Dean Kittleson.
